Hello, we are home, yippeeeee! A strange reaction, you may think, after a break from every day life. Well, that’s the beauty of a break in a 12′ x 6′ caravan with a man, a teenage boy, and a 10 year old boy. Put some very british weather into the mix, and you can probably see where I’m coming from! So all in all it’s good to get home to my dog and cats, and my sofa and my comfy bed, and my cupboard!
Today’s picture is of a card that I made about a year ago now. I actually made it as a wall hanging, as you have so many cards when you have a baby I thought that it was a bit more practical to be able to hang something up, also it makes a pretty decoration for babies room. The motif is from Pink Petticoat who have some stunning zip files, and the greeting is also from them, it says “A bundle of wonderful”, which is what all babies are. As you can see, a pink doilie, mulberry flower, buttons (incuding a couple cut out from card using my Martha Stewart button punch) and some of that fabulous pom-pom trim…….. I love that stuff! I’ve used a piece of ric-rac for hanging, and on the back there is plenty of room for everyone from the office to write their best wishes to the new parents.
Tomorrow I am going to Hobbycraft………. deep joy! I will check for bargains, wonderful stuff, and report back…….I know, I’m so good to you!
